Bone-dry Rosé from Grenache & a touch of Syrah, fermented & matured in a single large-format Slavonian oak barrel, brings slippery textures & creamy palate weight, with peachy, strawberry cream & orange blossom perfume.

Chouette is a micro-producer based in Western Australia’s Swan Valley by second-generation winemaker Tom Daniel. Set on the Susannah Brook waterway in Perth’s foothills, Chouette honours the land’s story, producing modern wines from old vines, rooted in place and intent. The vineyards are farmed sustainably and responsibly, working predominantly with warm climate-appropriate, dry-grown varieties.
