Cottage Garden Flowers & Gifts provides fresh flowers, plants, gifts, and related services including delivery and custom floral design. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
We accept payment via approved payment methods available in-store or online.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. If specific flowers or containers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with items of similar style, colour, and value while maintaining the overall design and quality.
Delivery dates and times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.
If the recipient is not available, flowers may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion.
We are not responsible for deterioration of flowers once delivery has been completed.
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer may result in additional delivery fees.
Customers selecting click-and-collect are responsible for collecting orders at the agreed time. Flowers not collected on the arranged date may not be eligible for a refund.
Orders may be cancelled or amended with sufficient notice prior to preparation.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are generally not available once an order has been prepared or delivered.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos where applicable.
Proper flower care is the responsibility of the recipient once delivery or collection has occurred. We cannot guarantee flower longevity due to environmental factors and handling beyond our control.
All content, images, designs, and text used by Cottage Garden Flowers & Gifts remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cottage Garden Flowers & Gifts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws. Customer information is used solely for order processing and communication.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
